We're a product studio, not an agency. We build and run our own products, so we own the roadmap and the standard. We'll occasionally take on a selective strategic build, but 'we build apps for everyone' is not what Operavax is.

Interaction quality is the product, not decoration. Four states on every element, sub-100ms feedback, WCAG AA, motion with intent, and the full lifecycle of the core habit, shipped, not demoed.

Early and honest: one live product, Depaper, in use by two organisations and nine users, under Operavax (Pty) Ltd. The focus is validating Depaper's mobile approval experience before launching anything unrelated. Small, but genuine and learnable.
